We’re always here to answer any questions or concerns that you have and help you navigate the stressful stuff, like dental insurance coverage and financing. Below, we’ve outlined some key information to know before coming in for your first appointment with us. If you have any questions or have difficulty accessing the new patient packet, feel free to reach out.
Your First Visit
If your first appointment with us is for a checkup and cleaning, we’ll start by collecting your new patient information and putting it into our system. One of our friendly team members will guide you back to a treatment room and introduce you to your dental hygienist and dentist. We’ll collect diagnostic information and conduct a thorough examination of your teeth and gums in search of any signs of oral health problems. If we do spot anything suspicious, we’ll develop a treatment plan to get your oral health back in tip-top shape. Finally, before you leave, we’ll scale, floss, and polish your teeth to leave your smile feeling refreshed.
Before your first visit, we encourage you to download and print out our new patient welcome packet below. This includes all the forms that we’ll need you to fill out, as well as information about our dental office’s policies. By completing this paperwork ahead of time and bringing it in for our front desk team, new patients can start their appointments even faster!
Our team is dedicated to making dentistry accessible, which is why we work with all major insurance plans and are happy to do a benefits check before your appointment to make sure your treatment is covered. We can also answer any questions or concerns that you have about your coverage to help you maximize your benefits as best as possible.
Alternatively, affordable, low-interest financing can be arranged through CareCredit for patients without insurance or those who would like to pursue elective procedures. Cash, check, and major credit/debit cards are also welcomed. If you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to contact us! We’re here to help.
