Dr. Patti has completed several years of post-graduate education in a variety of areas, including TMJ disorders, conscious sedation, sleep medicine, and short-term orthodontics. Here are just some of her accomplishments and distinctions:
Recently published The Smile Secret: Your Guide to a Healthy Smile and Healthy You , which is a helpful guide that highlights her and Dr. David’s unique approach to dental care and shows patients how to properly care for their oral health at every stage of life
Has completed advanced training in advanced cosmetic/restorative dentistry through the Dawson Center for the Advancement of Dentistry, the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Studies, and the Seattle Institute of Advanced Dental Education
Mastership with the International Dental Implant Association
Currently serves as an Implant Director for the American Academy of Facial Esthetics, training dentists from around the country on proper dental implant placement
Recipient of the Mastership Award from the AGD, which is an elite honor that only 2% of all general dentists in North America ever achieve
Member of the International College of Dentistry, which is invitation-only and involves a thorough peer review process
Where Did You
Dr. Patti received her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Marquette University. In 1995, she achieved her Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Louisville. She then served as an instructor at the University of Louisville in the Department of Dental Hygiene and the Department of Periodontics before moving to Georgia in 1997. Today, she is a member of the American Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the Georgia Dental Association, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

What Do You Like to Do?
Dr. Patti and Dr. David have two children together named Spencer and Sophia. Away from Lake Oconee Dentistry, she supports a variety of local community events and charities. She always looks forward to spending quality time with her loved ones and traveling!
